APPOINTMENTS

Walk-ins are welcome; however, we recommend scheduling services at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

All prices, services and hours of operation are subject to change without notification.

Use of station door code is only available with-in the pre-programmed appointment date and time.

ARRIVAL & ETIQUETTE

Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your first service.

In order to honor each guest’s experience, late arrivals will only receive the time remaining on their treatments.

DRY STATION

CAUTION: To prevent electric shock during equipment use

NO FOOD, LIQUID, WET HAIR, WET SKIN OR WET NAILS inside the station at all times.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly request that you give 24-hour notice on any service cancellation or change.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the treatment price.

“No shows” will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

The spa station welcomes those 18 years or older.

Please note, UNATTENDED children under age 18 are NOT permitted to wait in the lobby, shampoo or dryer areas of the salon.
