APPOINTMENTS
Walk-ins are welcome; however, we recommend scheduling services at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
All prices, services and hours of operation are subject to change without notification.
Use of station door code is only available with-in the pre-programmed appointment date and time.
ARRIVAL & ETIQUETTE
Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your first service.
In order to honor each guest’s experience, late arrivals will only receive the time remaining on their treatments.
DRY STATION
CAUTION: To prevent electric shock during equipment use
NO FOOD, LIQUID, WET HAIR, WET SKIN OR WET NAILS inside the station at all times.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly request that you give 24-hour notice on any service cancellation or change.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the treatment price.
“No shows” will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

The spa station welcomes those 18 years or older.
Please note, UNATTENDED children under age 18 are NOT permitted to wait in the lobby, shampoo or dryer areas of the salon.

Do I need an appointment for the massage chair?
Yes. To ensure a personalized experience, we offer services by appointment ONLY. You can book your time slot easily via our QR code or online link inside our client portal.
How do you keep the chair clean and safe?
Your comfort and hygiene are our priority. After every session, the chair is sanitized with medical-grade UV Light for 15-minutes.
We also provide DISPOSABLE antibacterial towelettes, Socks, Sleep-masks PLUS headrest covers for added peace of mind.
Will the chair fit me comfortably?
The massage chair is designed for a wide range of body types, as it features an intelligent body scan to map your spine and adjust rollers for personalized relief. However, if you have concerns about fit or foot rollers, please watch this video that will help you adjust settings for maximum comfort before your session begins.
Is it complicated to use?
Not at all! Our self-service videos will guide you through the simple voice commands and preset programs. You can just sit back and relax—no tech skills required.
